Energy absorbers

Energy absorbers are PPE designed to disperse the kinetic energy acquired by the user in the event of a fall from a height, slowing down the speed of the fall and thereby cushioning the inevitable backlash due to gravity. They are generally used in conjunction with other protective equipment, including safety harnesses.
